This Teleconference revisited the topical issue of pan-European pension plans, and recent developments in this area.  Have pan-European pension plans finally become a reality and what would a multi-national employer with operations in the EU need to consider if he wants to implement a cross-border pension plan?  What are the advantages and disadvantages, and are any jurisdictions more conducive than others to this sort of arrangement?

* This teleconference was conducted in English.
